updates

so ive been in the studio a lot lately, maybe even too much.  This is whats become of the paintings so far, i printed out some black and white copies of them today and plan on doing a few drawings over them. I'm also hoping to get two more paintings started soon for the end of the year, one being Robert Dodd who I've known for quite some time now and one of a very good friend who really inspires me  Aaron Mitchell


so here they are, comets questions, concerns, and love thought are always welcome

oh yeah,   there still not done...

So I haven't posted on this in quite some time now, ive thought about what "art" is way to much, and in its simplest form I found theses shapes. i hope you enjoy—I will be updating this a lot so stay tuned.

I miss drawing.

This is an unfinished portraiture study that I did at the end of spring semester 2010.

Here is the second painting. Once they're all done and have their final varnish I will have much better pictures.

This is the first of 4 paintings that I'll be doing this summer under Chris Pothier.

I really haven't said much about what I'm doing in this blog. One of the main reasons I started this blog was just so I could show my family the artwork I was doing at school. I guess it's also nice for other people to see what I'm doing when I'm locked away in my studio. So I guess this is a sum of things I've been up to.
